Training schedule
Tuesday (6pm~7pm)
Thursday (6pm~8pm) Double session, break at 7pm. Members may attend the either session or both. This flexible approach is appreciated by many. Younger members can finish at 7pm, those members not able to attend the first session may start then.
No extra charge for the double session!!!
Juniors:- Saturday (3pm~4pm)
FREE Kata sessions Saturday (4pm~4.45pm) -open to all who have attended sessions in the week.
